The Waterdream “California” is a bold and dynamic yacht where design and performance come together. Neptune was involved to deliver the complete seating and lounge comfort, covering both the seating areas and sunbeds on board. An intensive process in which comfort, form, and appearance were carefully aligned.
About the yacht
The Waterdream 65″ California is a powerful and elegant dayboat concept, designed by Frank Mulder and built by Gebroeders van Enkhuizen. The yacht is characterized by clean lines, a sporty appearance, and an open layout that invites outdoor living on the water.
Designed for speed, comfort, and experience, the California is ideally suited for relaxed days and longer stays on board, with generous seating and lounging areas fully integrated into the design.
Neptune’s scope of work
Neptune delivered the complete seating and sleeping comfort for the Waterdream 65″ California. All boat cushions and sunbeds were fully custom-designed, produced, and upholstered using high-quality comfort foams that provide optimal support and long-lasting shape retention.
The project involved a tight deadline, as the yacht was scheduled for transport to the Mediterranean before the end of the summer of 2018. Over the course of several weeks, the entire Neptune team worked with dedication and precision to complete the project. The result is a perfectly balanced level of comfort that seamlessly complements the prestigious and dynamic design of the yacht.
Gebroeders van Enkhuizen is a Dutch yacht builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality and distinctive yachts. Working in collaboration with leading designers, the yard builds vessels in which craftsmanship, performance, and aesthetics come together. The Waterdream California is a strong example of this approach.
